At Chiang Mai, every experience and order counts. Our guests can enhance their experience with our Chiang Mai app or Online website (Chiangmai.ca).  These platforms will provide features that will automatically track and provide customers points for our loyalty program, when an order is placed.

Our guests will receive 10 points for every $1 spent on our Chiang Mai app or website Chiangmai.ca

Customers can use their accumulated credits towards their order through the app or Chiangmai.ca
$1 = 10 Points
500 points = $5 Credit

Our guests will automatically be registered in our rewards program once they place their order through our App or Online website (Chiangmail.ca). Their points will be accumulated under their mobile phone number that was used to complete their order.

Our guests can check their points online under our Rewards page. Just enter the phone number used to order and then the 6 digit “Pass code” that will be sent as a text message to verify the number.
